4. Booking and Appointments

- Customers must provide accurate details, including name, contact number, address, and issue description.
- Appointment times are subject to technician availability. We do our best to arrive on time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or prior job delays.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance.
5. Service Charges and Payments
- Service fees depend on the type of work, parts required, and technician labor.
- A minimum inspection or call-out charge may apply even if no repair is completed.
- Full payment must be made after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or online payment (if available).
- Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Warranty and Liability
- We provide a limited service warranty for repairs completed by our technicians. The warranty period and coverage depend on the service type and will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.
- The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Misuse or negligence by the customer
- Tampering with appliances after service
- Power surges, water damage, or external factors
- DXB Technical will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from service delays or appliance failure
- Damages caused by pre-existing faults or poor appliance condition
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the service location
- Ensuring the appliance or area is ready for repair work
- Keeping pets or children away from the work area during service
- Following safety and usage instructions given by the technician
8. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may result in a call-out charge.
- If the technician arrives and the customer is not available or cancels on the spot, a visit charge may still apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of DXB Technical.
You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content without written permission from us.
10. Limitation of Liability
